| Most people choose real estate as a second career. I am no exception. I worked for Canfor for 23 years and held the position of Divisional Controller and Planer Superintendent. I have a business administration diploma and a variety of certifications including a provincial grading ticket and H & R Block taxation course. These all have a little impact on real estate....type of wood grains in homes to application of G.S.T. or moving expense allowable deductions. |  |

With our 3 sons and 1 daughter we
have 4 super fun filled grandchildren. Speaking of fun, real estate can be fun
and often my clients and I have a chuckle or two. I can also tell you that I
would not promote something to gain a commission. If it would not be right for
my family then it would not be right for you. In a nutshell, when I represent
